The Head at Middleton is located just south of Sedbergh in Cumbria, between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. It is on the A683 between Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale. It is easy to get to, either from Junction 37 of the M6 (just five minutes by car) or from Yorkshire.
